Destm was founded in 2014 with a singular focus: helping enterprises build exceptional digital experiences. Its founding team has been building commerce and content systems since 2004 — learning firsthand, across e-commerce, media, and financial services, what teams need from their content infrastructure.
CuberIQ was born from that experience. We saw content teams struggling with legacy systems that couldn't keep pace with modern delivery requirements. We saw developers constrained by monolithic architectures. And we saw an opportunity to combine our deep CMS expertise with modern AI to build something fundamentally better.
Today, CuberIQ powers destm.com as our first production deployment, and we are opening early access to founding customers. Our mission is to give every team the content platform we wished existed — AI-native, full-stack, zero plugins.

2014
Destm Founded
Founded as a software consulting firm focused on enterprise web applications and custom CMS solutions, by a team building commerce systems since 2004. Early clients included mid-market retailers and financial services firms needing content infrastructure built to scale.
2017
Enterprise Expansion
Expanded into enterprise integration and data platform services. Built large-scale data pipelines, API gateways, and content syndication systems for enterprise clients across retail, media, and healthcare.
2020
AI & Machine Learning Focus
Established a dedicated AI research and engineering division. Began developing machine learning models for content optimization, natural language processing, and predictive analytics applied to content performance.
2023
CuberIQ Platform Launch
Launched CuberIQ as a unified headless CMS and AI content platform. Combined years of CMS expertise with proprietary AI technology to create a platform that redefines how enterprises create and deliver content.
2025
Agentic AI Revolution
Introduced the agentic AI layer to CuberIQ. Migrated destm.com as the first production site. Launched the early access program for founding customers.
