Every request to the CuberIQ Content Delivery API or Management API counts as one API call. Cached responses served from our CDN edge do not count against your quota. Webhook deliveries and asset transformations are also excluded from API call limits.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro instantly, and your billing will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Enterprise plans have custom terms outlined in your service agreement.
Yes, the Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features, including the AI Content Engine. No credit card required to start. If you do not upgrade after 14 days, your workspace automatically transitions to the Starter plan.
We will never cut off your service. If you exceed your monthly API call limit, overage charges apply at $0.50 per 1,000 additional calls for Pro plans. We send alerts at 80% and 95% usage to prevent surprises. Enterprise plans have custom overage terms.
Yes. Qualified startups (under $5M in funding) receive 50% off Pro plans for the first year. Non-profit organizations receive 30% off any paid plan. Contact our sales team with verification documents to apply for these programs.
The AI Content Engine includes AI-assisted content drafting, automatic SEO optimization, content translation into 50+ languages, readability analysis, and brand voice enforcement. Pro plans include 10,000 AI generation credits per month. Enterprise plans include unlimited credits with the option to bring your own models.
Self-hosted and on-premise deployments are available on Enterprise plans. We provide Docker images, Helm charts for Kubernetes, and Terraform modules for major cloud providers. Our team assists with architecture planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Annual billing is available for Pro and Enterprise plans with a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Pro annual billing is $2,870/year (equivalent to $239/month). Enterprise annual pricing is based on your custom agreement. All annual plans are billed upfront.
